DEAD EYES OPEN: THE MOVIE!
There's a Dead Eyes Open movie! And we have nothing to do with it! It turns out that this cool German guy named Ralf Mollenhoff has been working on a movie called "Dead Eyes Open" for the last few years and somehow we flew under his radar... but despite having nothing to do with us, his film looks awesome! It's an old-school independent "classic zombie" splatterfest that's about to be released. A weird situation all 'round, but one that proves that we're just at the centre of some sort of zeitgeist. Dead Eyes Open: The Comic wishes Dead Eyes Open: The Film all the best!

PRESS! PRESS! PRESS!

FREE ONLINE COMICS! (coming soon)
To celebrate Dead Eyes Open #1, we're proud to present a "remix" version of the first chapter: "Happy Birthday, Angel!" It's one of two original eight-page stories we sent out when we were first looking for a publisher – and presents a slightly alternate view of John Requin and his family. We'll be releasing the second eight-page "spec" story for free when issue #2 comes out ... and more little glimpses into the world of DEO beyond that! STAY TUNED!

MORE MATT & ROY: THE LICENSE AT UNITED HEROES!
Dead Eyes Open is only one facet of the Boney/Shepherd collaboration machine: Roy and Matt also worked together on a few issues of The License, a project for Graphic Smash, also featuring the artistic talents of Diego Jourdan and Chris Fason. The series is on hiatus pending a print deal. We'll keep you posted. For now, you can check out the story so far at http://license.unitedheroes.net.

DEAD EYES OPEN: THE SCRIPT
(coming soon)
Free for download, the script for DEO #1. Now you can see how the writing's crap and it's really all Roy that makes the magic happen.

EVEN MORE ROY: PLUGIN BOY & ROYSUNSHINE.COM
If you want more Boney, check out his award-winning sci-fi/surrealism extravaganza, Plugin Boy. The surreal, engaging story of an artificial boy and his disfunctional "family," it's a showcase for Roy's developing art style and some of the most haunting visuals on the Web. Also check out his online portfolio.

EVEN MORE MATT: MAN-MAN

And for a very different writing spin, check out Matt's long-running comic, Man-Man. Created and drawn by James Duncan, Man-Man is the story of an average man, who after being bitten by a radioactive man, gains the proportional strength, speed, and agility... of a man! With his reluctant sidekick Paul and his psychotic alcoholic Belgian butler Frenchy, Man-Man fights crime the only way he knows how... incompetently! It's at http://manman.org.
